Avail, a modular blockchain project co-founded by Anurag Arjun and Mihailo Bjelic, aims to offer a flexible blockchain platform, addressing traditional blockchain limitations. It provides a data availability layer and customizable consensus layer for diverse applications.

Avail’s testnet bridge, part of its Kate testnet, enables cost-effective validium mode for Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions by moving transaction data off-chain. This approach significantly reduces rollup expenses and enhances scalability, enabling more efficient layer 2 solutions development without storing complete transaction data on Ethereum.
